Who can join

To open an account with us you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is lower, and you must be in a place where online gaming is not prohibited. You check the law that applies to you, and by playing for money you confirm that nothing stops you from taking part. We play for fun only, and we may ask for proof of age at any time. Bets placed by minors are void and their winnings are not paid.

Your account

At sign-up we ask for your first and last name, e-mail, street address (no PO boxes), city, state, postcode, country, phone number and date of birth. Keep these details current. Later on we may also ask where your funds and wealth come from, including how your e-wallets are funded. Each person may hold one account in their own name, and nobody else may use it. Duplicate accounts can be closed, and anything won on them can be forfeited.

Keeping your account safe

You are responsible for your account number and password. If you share them or lose them, we cannot answer for amounts in the account or claims about it.

Deposits

Deposits must come from the person who owns the account, and a bank card issued to someone else may not be used. When you ask for a cash-out, we need copies of the cards you deposited with. If a card belongs to another person, we also need an authorisation letter from the card holder together with their ID.

Cash-outs

The smallest cash-out is $100, depending on the method you pick. You can take out up to $7,500 a week, and larger sums are paid in parts of no more than $7,500 over the following weeks. Your deposits need to be played through at least once before a cash-out, and payouts go only to accounts that you own and control. The first cash-out and any change to your payment details are checked by the payment processor, which can take up to five business days, and we send you an e-mail with the payment date.

Inactive accounts

When an account has no login for twelve months in a row, we treat it as dormant, and its balance is forfeited. For accounts without any real-money deposit, sixty days without a login means the balance is removed automatically.

Chargebacks and fraud

If we suspect fraud, a breach of these rules or a charged-back deposit, we may hold deposits and winnings and close the account. Cheating systems, misleading registration details, letting someone else play and cashing in before a promotion is complete are all reasons to void winnings.

Bonuses

Bonus rules are part of these terms. A bonus is given once per household and per account, and only one promotion can run at a time. During any playthrough the top bet is $10. Without a cash deposit, no more than $180 can be withdrawn from bonus winnings.

Tournaments

Buy-ins, add-ons and re-buys come from your real-money balance, and bonuses cannot pay for them. If a tournament is cancelled, the buy-in is refunded. Freeroll tournaments are for depositing players, and players who may not redeem bonuses cannot enter tournaments. Tournament prizes are real money with no wagering.

Refer a Friend and the Lobby Jackpot

Referral rewards need a first deposit of at least $20 from your friend, who must be new to PlayCroco and sign up with your personal link. The Lobby Jackpot is opt-in, you can leave it at any time, and free bonuses cannot be used to take part.

In any dispute about accounts or winnings, our decision is final. These terms can change, and the version on our site is the one that applies.
