Spending limits

You can set weekly and monthly spending limits, opt out of wagering, or block yourself from all play at PlayCroco. Our support team explains how.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion freezes your account for the period you choose: a week, a month, a year or permanently. Contact support by e-mail, chat or phone, fill in and sign the self-exclusion form and send it back. Once we receive it, we freeze the account. It is reopened only after the period ends and our management has looked at the request.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time, and we will do it straight away.
